Quality & Technical Director
Gill Cox is a leading consultant RP with more than 20 years experience in the management of the wholesale distribution of medicinal products. As PMN Quality and Technical Director, Gill is a qualified trainer, auditor and HACCP practitioner. Gill has more than 18 years experience as Head of Quality with specific responsibility for recall management. She has been registered with the MHRA for more than 12 years and for more than 2 years with the HPRA.
Monta Burkevica
Office Manager & Finance Admin
Monta Burkevica is a Office Manager & Finance Admin at PMN who joined in 2017 and has many years experience in customer service.
Monta regularly creates shareable content for all PMN Consulting’s social media channels, which consist of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
We are posting all the latest updates about our training courses and services as well as sharing relevant articles and posts about the health sector.

Jim Johnston
Quality and Technical Director
Jim is a chartered chemist and has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for nearly 25 years. He has extensive experience in leading teams at all levels and businesses within GxP-regulated environments.
Jim has hosted numerous MHRA and HPRA inspections in both GMP and GDP for both new applications, routine re-inspections and has been named on multiple authorisations as Head of QC (MIA), Quality Controller (MS), Responsible Person and Responsible Person for Import (WDA H) as well as a Wholesale Qualified Person (WDA V).
Throughout his career, Jim has performed GxP audits globally for API manufacturing sites, finished product manufacturing sites, labelling, packaging and supply chain logistics and has a thorough understanding of both EU and UK national law.
Bernadette Wilson
Senior Consultant
Bernadette has 20 years experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry. 17 years were spent with the MHRA working as an Investigator within the Enforcement division before moving to the Inspectorate where she held the role of Operations Manager and Senior Inspector for the GDP team.
Bernadette has a detailed knowledge of the MHRA inspection process and operations and has conducted numerous inspections across many business models within the GDP pharmaceutical sector.
Bernadette brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to PMN and is able to provide guidance, advice and support to all aspects of GDP.
More recently, Bernadette has worked in industry as a Responsible Person and Wholesale Qualified Person.
Gary Sladden
Consultant RP & GDP Advisor
Gary has 5 years’ experience working as a licensed RP & WQP and is also a Named Person for a Registered Broker of Human Medicines.
He’s an experienced Pharmaceutical Quality Professional having worked within the industry covering a variety of roles since 2006 for numerous 3PL’s, Wholesalers & Manufacturers for Human & Veterinary medicines, and Brokers.
Over his years in industry he’s been responsible for site Quality Management for licensed Wholesalers and Manufacturers, from designing tailored QMS processes to management of all wholesale QMS activities, he’s also experienced in auditing and has hosted regulatory inspections.
