PMN Consulting are a team of dedicated specialists, working across GxP providing the pharmaceutical industry with training and consultancy as we move into our 30th anniversary as a company!
Over our three decades of providing bespoke consultancy and training, we have worked in conjunction with a huge range of companies from blue-chip multinationals, manufacturing and distribution start-ups and NHS Hospital trusts.
Due to the varied backgrounds and experience of the PMN team, we are able to offer prospective clients with consultancy and training across both GMP and GDP projects from new licence applications, auditing, QMS development and remediation to contract Responsible Person (RP) and Responsible Person for Import (RPi) services.
At PMN we are passionate about learning and sharing our accumulative industry experience and knowledge with a view to providing our clients with the tools to succeed and excel, not to just be “compliant!”

WHAT WE DO
Training
PMN is an official provider of the Cogent Gold Standard for the Role of the Responsible Person
The PMN team has been providing RP and GDP training since 2014, and we became a Cogent Assured Provider in 2016 – before the Cogent Gold Standard was available.
When the Cogent Gold Standard for the Responsible Person was introduced in 2017, we worked hard to achieve this prestigious accolade.
2 Day or 3 Day Cogent Gold Standard Training?
When we were writing our Cogent Gold Standard course, we needed to decide whether to have two very intensive days, with homework, or three standard days. We had already been providing very successful RP training for several years, and so asked the people who could give us the best answer – our delegates!
The answer was unequivocal – they all would prefer two intensive days. Our delegates advised that 3 days out of a working week is difficult.
Whatever the length of the training course, it has be assessed and approved firstly by Cogent, and then by the GDP inspectorate at the MHRA.
We also provide Refresher RP training, GDP training for all levels of staff, and GDP for Drivers.
All courses can be provided in-house.

We provide a complete service – from assisting a company to find appropriate premises all the way through to facilitating the MHRA inspection – and beyond.
We can advise on all the physical requirements of your wholesale distribution business; help you to write a Quality Management System which absolutely reflects your company’s operations; risk assess your supply chain; train your staff; apply for your WDA via the MHRA portal; help you to prepare for your inspection; facilitate the inspection and help you with your response.
